Role Summary:
 The role will be responsible for recruiting (Unit Managers), Provide training to UMs through soliciting business through their natural market.
 Team Size should be 30-40.
 Responsible to grow the Channel in a Region (Bagalkot)
 Team of Unit Managers will report into the role
 Will be responsible for the top line and bottom line targets for the geographies mentioned above
 Will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for the Channel
 Preferred from agency
 CTC – 2- 5 lakhs.

Role Requirements:
Education: Graduation
Experience Range: Minimum 3-6Years of experience
Other Criteria’s  Preferred age is 25-40 years
 The candidate should be based out of Region with family
 The candidate can be from any part of North Karnataka
